I have chosen to make all patient information, letters and other published materials available to all visitors of my web site via the universal "pdf" file format (portable document format). All that you will need to do is to click on the desired material and it will automatically download to your computer.

Please be sure to download this excellent free plug-in for your browser and then download away. Please be patient (file size is large) -- it is well worth the hassle of registering and downloading. Remember, the Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to view the materials. If you do not install the software first, you will get a message asking you what program you would like to use to view the file. The only software that will consistently work is the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
