Embryo Donation Story in Southwest Florida
11/02/2010
Naples resident Lisa Murray tells her story as a single mom wanting to be an embryo recipient. Couples who undergo In Vitro Fertilization may have embryos left over frozen in storage. They can donate them for human embryonic stem cell research but Dr. Craig Sweet hopes that they will donate them to needy patients.

Embryo Donation isn't for everyone one but is a great option for those who can't afford some of the more expensive procedures to have a child. Some patients are simply unable to adopt, so this isn't always a realistic alternative.

Dr. Sweet's program doesn't discriminate with respect to race, religion or marital status. His program accepts embryos from across the country and is beginning to take care of overseas patients. For the full story click here.
