Sweet Sliding Scale Program (SSSP)!

We at Specialists in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery, P.A. (SRMS) understand that IVF procedures are unaffordable for many. SRMS is working to change that with the Sweet Sliding Scale Program (SSSP), which offers deeply discounted rates for qualifying patients.

Who May Apply:

The following must all be met to be eligible for the SSSP:

• The female patient is 25-38 years old
• Female Body Mass Index (BMI) is 38 or lower
• No more than three family members in the home
• You are willing to provide income documents
• You fall into the financial categories as outlined in the SSSP
• SRMS concludes that:
  • IVF is medically indicated, and
  • The estimated delivery rate is at least 35% with a single-embryo transfer, based on national data (SART.org) and SRMS experience

The following patients will be excluded:

• There are significant contraindications to pregnancy
• You have In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) insurance coverage
• If you receive Medicaid or Medicare
• If you have already been awarded two SSSP discount procedures

What are the Potential Discounts?

Through the SSSP, eligible patients may receive 60%, 65%, or 70% off SRMS's standard IVF fees!
